About
Victor Phan is an assistant professor of Clinical and Administrative Sciences at the California Northstate University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Phan received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia and subsequently completed a community pharmacy residency with ACME/Temple University School of Pharmacy. Dr. Phan’s primary research interests are in global health initiatives in underserved areas and in assessment of teaching and learning.
