The faculty in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences have diverse expertise in pharmacology, toxicology, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutics, physiology, cellular and molecular biology, biotechnology, immunology, and microbiology. Primary areas of research include inflammation, targeted drug delivery, cancer biology, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and team based learning.
