About
Dr. Horton graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a BS in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry. He received his PharmD at the UCSD Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Dr. Horton completed a PGY1 residency at VA Long Beach, and continued on to do a PGY2 residency specializing in Nephrology at the VA San Diego.
